“This 5 star review is regarding the experience I had with Stephanie, a Patient Navigator in the Memorialcare Fountain Valley (Corporate?) Office. I had gone to urgent care and needed important follow-up, and I had the pleasure of having Stephanie answer my phone call and acting as the liason between the PA, MA, and myself. She stood out as different to me because she truly listened to my concerns, was patient and effective. She is one of the employees here that actually cares about the patients (a lot of people do, a lot of people don't) and is an asset to your company. “Was there today at the Commerce facility,I must admit I wa impressed.The whole staff showed a lot of professionalism,seemed liked the whole staff worked in harmony.Waiting time was a little long,but Fridays are the busiest from what I was told. Alma & Sandra were superb,very knowledgeable and friendly.Those two are the bomb,also very polite as wel. “My 1st encounter with UCP was during COVID. I continued using them when I could not get an immediate appt with my Primary. They discovered serious medical issues with me and sent me in an ambulance to ER, not the same response at the hosp. The 2nd time I was referred to ER (another location), my life began to improve! UPC's detection ended in life-saving surgery!!! I valuethe opinions of their medical professionals for major and minor health conditions! This is a good place to start, especially if you cannot get to your Primary and ER is packed! UCP began my journey to healing!“

I have been a patient less than a year and him and his team has helped me in getting healthy, dealing with pain and my weight. I am... I was a 400+ Samoan that loves to eat, and I will come to your BBQ, eat AND take a plate home for later, but I wasn't healthy at all, just recently he put me on Zepbound and that first week I dropped a lot of weight (a lot of weight) and it put him on high alert because rapid weight loss can cause hypoglycemia and that explained a lot that happened to me that first week and now I am being monitored very closely so I don't harm myself, This team is very good to me Lastly, I came in one day and told him that I had a breakdown and it really messed me up in January 2024, not only did these people not brush me off, they helped me get to where I needed to be....me again, that is a good Dr. and team to me, maybe not to some, but I can only tell you what has been done for me. “I have received unsurpassed care at this urgent care and PCP office. Doctors here truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to ensure they feel taken care of. I temporarily switched to UCI Health System thinking a teaching hospital would be better equipped to deal with some complicated health challenges, but UCI they left me with zero faith in the healthcare system. The doctors at this MemorialCare location are much more knowledgable in comparison and helped me big time before I was set to leave the country. Many thanks to Dr. Andrade, Nurse Monica G, Stephanie Pech, Dr. Thompson, and especially Dr. Nguyen for making navigating the health care process so much easier than anywhere I've ever been. I was previously having some scheduling issues with MemorialCare, but they have a new app that is extremely helpful to allow you to book with providers any time. “Dr Tu is a ENT specialist, I had been to countless medical offices for about 4-5 years and no one could pin point my cough. I finally saw Dr. Tu through a referral from a relative and he immediately ordered an allergy panel and found the source to my cough. I have been seeing him for about 4 years now and have my allergies under control and manageable. I see him 3-4x a year for maintenance treatment when the seasons change. I would recommend him for allergies, sinus issues and common cold / viruses. His office operates differently than some and I work in Los Angeles so his hours work great for me because I can stop in between 6-7 or one Saturdays. There are also mechanisms in place to hold your place in line if it is busy and you can pop in and out if you need to.“
