Cabinetry in Buena Park

“Five years ago, a leak in our kid’s upstairs bathroom, due to some poor tile work done by
the previous owners of our home, rendered that bathroom unusable. Now our kids have a
new, stylish, water-tight bathroom that my wife and I are jealous of, thanks to KCE.

We interviewed many construction companies and contractors prior to meeting with
Ammar, and they were either inexpensive but very hands off, letting us make all the design
decisions, or were astronomically expensive because of their design services. We were
pleasantly surprised when we spoke to Ammar. He gave us a straightforward ballpark figure
before even coming to see the project. During the design consultation, Ammar had great
ideas for the space, but was not fixated on them, and was open to hearing our ideas as
well. The pricing was very reasonable, and the timetable and terms were laid out clearly in
the contract.

KCE’s subcontractors (Salvio and others) were professional, respectful of our home,
showed up nearly every day they were supposed to, and took responsibility for any issues
that came up. They kept to the 6 week estimate for completion of the project. There are
always hiccups with a remodel, and our hiccup was that when installing the niche for
soap/shampoo, they drilled right through the wall to the other side. At the end of the
project, they took an extra day to repair, texturize, and paint that wall, as well as fix any
aesthetic loose ends at no extra cost.

Thanks to Ammar and his team, our kids have the best bathroom in the house… not for long
though, because we will certainly be considering KCE for our master bathroom, and other
projects in our home. We would recommend KCE to friends, family and anyone looking for
a quality remodel.“
