“After a flood in our kitchen, Kevin Seib of Seib Construction provided an estimate to the insurance company to refurbish / rebuild our kitchen cabinets. He provided a realistic estimate that was not a low-ball and we were able to add about 10% to have Kevin build and install custom cabinets.Kevin is a licensed cabinet maker and general contractor and he has a 7000 Sq foot workshop.We are extremely happy with the job Kevin performed to rebuild our kitchen. The cabinets he built provide much more storage space than the old cabinets and the stain finish on alder looks like a fine furniture finish, but durable. He uses the highest quality hardware and everything fits well and works great.He worked with us to design the cabinets and he provides excellent computer drawn design drawings that made it easy to visualize the final product and make changes as desired. With his experience he is able to make insightful suggestions.Working with Seib construction was a pleasure. Kevin Seib was reliable, competent, flexible, and easy to work with, and communicates in a timely manner. He is customer oriented and meets his commitments. For example, I wanted to get baked on paint cabinets and eventually settled on Columbia which is a Canadian manufacturer with a semi-custom approach. This worked for me, but my husband really wanted a paper towel dispenser built into the cabinetry which was not a part of Columbia's normal inventory of choices. Lisa helped us order a solution with piecemeal parts from Columbia that were assembled by our cabinet installer. It looks so good and fits seamlessly into our island. “They did my countertops and backsplash--very professional and friendly people. The backsplash is straight and level. Unfortunately, they didn't carry the countertop we wanted. But, I found it at a slab yard. I let them know, and they went and got it for us. They even threw in a sink. Juan and his team were great.“

“If you have been looking for a contractor to complete renovations but they've either been a) unresponsive, or b) proven to be untrust worthy whether its because they are up charging or flat our lying to you, I have great news for you. Your search for a great contractor is over. If this is your first stop during your search, consider yourself lucky. If you don't believe me, continue your search and I am 100% certain you'll end up right back here. From my experience, I've found that dishonest contractors will start to become unresponsive when you ask specific questions regarding why you are being charged what you are being charged. Its mostly because they will benefit when the customer is in the dark. However, honest contractors have absolutely no issue being transparent with you and that is exactly the type of contractor Jean is. My experience with Jean and his team was absolutely amazing throughout my entire project from start to finish. My project: I had existing tile countertops that I wanted to replace with quartz. I wanted a bookmatched waterfall with full kitchen backsplash, and I wanted my ponywall to be cut down to counter height grade and extend my counter to have an overhand to allow for seating. However, I had 2 electrical outlets on my ponywall that I needed to have rerouted. With the remaining quartz material I wanted to replace the coutners tops in both my guest bathroom and main bathroom (I'll include before and after pictures so you can see for yourself). I'd also like to give shout out to the guy I ran into at MSI for putting me in contact with him Jean. My goodness!! Jean and his team were absolutely phenomenal. If I ever plan on doing future renovations whether it be with my existing property or a future one, he's my guy. I'm only sharing my experience because of how difficult it was to find someone like Jean. But don't just take my word for it, take a look at the before and after pictures that I took. “We contracted with Jovany to build out a white oak desk for our office. He was on time to every appointment, sent the emails he told us he would send, had plans promptly, and was organized. On the day of the install everything went smoothly. Every time we've had a contractor in we expect to have a big clean up to do. Not with Prodigy Built. They were meticulous in protecting our floors and cleaning up after themselves. The end product is fantastic and we were extremely happy with the entire process. I have no doubt we will be using them for future projects as well.“

“After we hired Ace to do our remodel, Mike (the owner) had us see Stephanie (his daughter) at the design showroom. First we saw the cabinets that were goingto be installed, then we had to look around the showroom for wall and flooring tile for the kitchen and bathrooms and then flooring for the other rooms.Stephanie showed us samples of what we were interested in. We chose some items from the showroom samples. She referred us to other places that we visitedand between the showroom items and selections from the other stores we had everything. “We remodeled my mother's bathroom and needed a new vanity. Had a couple of quotes one for $1200. & and another for $1600. I bought one for $400. from bestile. I had to put it together myself without instructions but it's been really easy. It comes already finished, the drawers are dovetailed and are soft closing. The doors have soft closing hinges also. Made of 1/2" plywood“

“John De La Rocha is amazing! We met John through a contractor interview and went to visit his cabinetry shop in La Habra. We knew after that visit that we wanted to work with John! Through a course of events to long to discuss here, we ended up going with a different general contractor for our remodel that wanted to use a different group to do the cabinets. We were disappointed by this, because this group would build cabinets to our specifications, but was not truly a custom cabinetry shop, but wanted to respect our contractor process. However, we were later informed by our contractor that this cabinet company had an 11 week delay in our schedule. We called John and explained the situation and he kindly worked us into his schedule with only a minor delay to our project. John was super easy to work with, incredibly personable, and was able to catch our vison right away. He is one of the few craftsmen that I have worked with that took the project so seriously, that I felt as if he was doing this for his own home or for a family member. I truly can't say enough good things about John! We are incredibly happy with the results of our kitchen cabinets and highly recommend De La Rocha Cabinets for your project!“
