“Lisa is worth all of the five stars I can give her. She knows her business, but more importantly she takes the time to get to know you so that she can help problem solve anything that comes up. For example, I wanted to get baked on paint cabinets and eventually settled on Columbia which is a Canadian manufacturer with a semi-custom approach. This worked for me, but my husband really wanted a paper towel dispenser built into the cabinetry which was not a part of Columbia's normal inventory of choices. Lisa helped us order a solution with piecemeal parts from Columbia that were assembled by our cabinet installer. It looks so good and fits seamlessly into our island. You would never know it wasn't built by the original cabinet company. I am thrilled with my new kitchen and very thankful for all the ways Lisa helped me. YOU ROCK, Lisa!“

“After a flood in our kitchen, Kevin Seib of Seib Construction provided an estimate to the insurance company to refurbish / rebuild our kitchen cabinets. He provided a realistic estimate that was not a low-ball and we were able to add about 10% to have Kevin build and install custom cabinets.Kevin is a licensed cabinet maker and general contractor and he has a 7000 Sq foot workshop.We are extremely happy with the job Kevin performed to rebuild our kitchen. The cabinets he built provide much more storage space than the old cabinets and the stain finish on alder looks like a fine furniture finish, but durable. He uses the highest quality hardware and everything fits well and works great.He worked with us to design the cabinets and he provides excellent computer drawn design drawings that made it easy to visualize the final product and make changes as desired. With his experience he is able to make insightful suggestions.Working with Seib construction was a pleasure. Kevin Seib was reliable, competent, flexible, and easy to work with, and communicates in a timely manner. He is customer oriented and meets his commitments. All of his workers and sub-contractors were on time, friendly, and provided high quality work.“

“My wife started working with Eric, and I ultimately met Logan at our home to review options. This was such a smooth and easy process. I had another vendor at the house at the same time and Logan was totally understanding. He was able to get measurements while I wrapped up and was patient and kind. We had shelves installed in our pantry and two other cabinets for pots/pans and other items. He was communicative and the turnaround was quick which was super convenient. The nice bonus is that he and I were able to strategize about the best placement for rollouts in our pantry to make sure everything fit and we future-proofed the spacing to accommodate...well, everything. “If you have been looking for a contractor to complete renovations but they've either been a) unresponsive, or b) proven to be untrust worthy whether its because they are up charging or flat our lying to you, I have great news for you. Your search for a great contractor is over. If this is your first stop during your search, consider yourself lucky. If you don't believe me, continue your search and I am 100% certain you'll end up right back here. From my experience, I've found that dishonest contractors will start to become unresponsive when you ask specific questions regarding why you are being charged what you are being charged. Its mostly because they will benefit when the customer is in the dark. However, honest contractors have absolutely no issue being transparent with you and that is exactly the type of contractor Jean is. My experience with Jean and his team was absolutely amazing throughout my entire project from start to finish. My project: I had existing tile countertops that I wanted to replace with quartz. I wanted a bookmatched waterfall with full kitchen backsplash, and I wanted my ponywall to be cut down to counter height grade and extend my counter to have an overhand to allow for seating. However, I had 2 electrical outlets on my ponywall that I needed to have rerouted. With the remaining quartz material I wanted to replace the coutners tops in both my guest bathroom and main bathroom (I'll include before and after pictures so you can see for yourself). I'd also like to give shout out to the guy I ran into at MSI for putting me in contact with him Jean. My goodness!! Jean and his team were absolutely phenomenal. If I ever plan on doing future renovations whether it be with my existing property or a future one, he's my guy. I'm only sharing my experience because of how difficult it was to find someone like Jean. But don't just take my word for it, take a look at the before and after pictures that I took. “After we hired Ace to do our remodel, Mike (the owner) had us see Stephanie (his daughter) at the design showroom. First we saw the cabinets that were goingto be installed, then we had to look around the showroom for wall and flooring tile for the kitchen and bathrooms and then flooring for the other rooms.Stephanie showed us samples of what we were interested in. We chose some items from the showroom samples. She referred us to other places that we visitedand between the showroom items and selections from the other stores we had everything. All these sources were excellent for choosing what you want.It was an enjoyable visit with Stephanie at the showroom. She was knowledgable about product and could steer you in the right direction.I know that she and my wife continued the conversation through texts and calls well after our visits. She's the person to see to help with your remodeling choices.“
