When you come in, they will check if need you anything/ who do you have appointment and let you know in case they are in the back preparing for your appointment. I started going here last year and keep on coming back to see Kelly. Kelly is so thorough and patient in explaining different style options (haircut and color) that will best fit my daily activities and lifestyle. She is also honest on whether my hair will actually look like my hair inspiration or not due to my hair type.
