Scheduled an appointment with Bonnie to have a gel manicure done and she did not disappoint! It was easy enough to schedule online. They do require a deposit to hold the appointment (it was $40 for my service, not sure if it's different with other services booked). I had to reschedule my initial appointment because I got covid, but Mika was really nice about rescheduling over the phone. Upon arriving, they offer tea or water and the waiting area is adorable (as is the rest of the location). I live in Brisbane, so I'm really glad to have found such a convenient spot! Second time in to get my nails done by Bonnie. Top tier cuticle care. Nail design EXPERT. Funny conversations. Japanese gel. What isn't there to love? I'm SO glad I found a solid nail go-to in the north bay. Thank you for bringing my nail inspiration to life, not rushing through the work (even when late to next appt), and making sure my nails look nothing less than perfect!! I also adore Micaela. She has been so accommodating with my schedule and exudes so much patience when helping to book appts. The ladies here are such sweethearts, they can have all my money.

I drove by Skin Body Zen and decided to book a massage with Amber. It was great!! She is attentive, personable, and thoroughly capable of relaxing massage or intensive therapy. Thank you Amber!
