I loved it . cons: there is nowhere easily rinse my mouth I gotta stand up and walk toward to the sink to rinse inside of my mouth. so I almost swallow my blood in my mouth Also, when i ask to get a tissue someone gave me a stiff brown tissue but I needed to blow my nose. I got it eventually but they dont know how to serve patients . also its hard to find parking spot they only had 3 spots but itwasnot easy to park . I eventually park a block away after paying. I like their skill though“

“I just had the best dentist visit of my life at this office. Everyone in the office is incredibly kind, helpful, and sensitive to patient experience and reducing discomfort. Dr. Konrad walked me through everything he was doing before he did it. He explained things in detail and gave me the opportunity to participate in my own care by trying to identify cavities in photos of my teeth. He was willing make time to take care of a small cavity on the spot. When he noticed that I was experiencing discomfort with the drilling, he immediately stopped and offered anesthetic. He cares deeply about patient autonomy and patient experience. Dee, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, gave me a flossing lesson and useful tips for oral care. She was incredibly kind and friendly. She urged me to alert her immediately if I was uncomfortable or in pain at any point. I would highly recommend this office.“

“I have been a patient of Dr Nakamura’s for decades. Not only is he knowledgeable about everything dentistry but his persona harkens back to a bygone era where you were friends with your providers, and I do consider him a friend. He’s also been super generous and willing to work with me when I was in a bind financially or with health issues. He once came in on a Sunday because I cracked my tooth and he seemed happy to do it. He offers numerous options when a situation arises. If follow up is necessary he gives you all the information you need but respects his patients enough to let them choose what’s best for themselves while still offering his genuine opinion for your specific health needs. We’ve talked about every subject together and he usually asks questions right when he knows a drill will impede my response. He’s a class act as is his entire staff, especially Edsi (spelling?) whom I have most of my dealings with. She’s an absolute doll. His dad jokes get surprisingly more tolerable as the Novocain increases.“

“I've suffered sleep issues throughout my entire life, resulting in fatigue, brain fog, and concentration issues despite having consistent nights of 8 hours of sleep. My sleep study shows a 1 AHI but 14 RDI. I've been able to remediate most of it with a MAD and CPAP but I still had issues lingering in my mind - was it my chin causing the issue? Or palate or tongue? Maybe the nasal airway? Will i need surgery? Can i further optimize my sleep? I found Dr. Chenin through Google and found that he's aware of UARS and has extensive knowledge with CBCT scans. I wanted to get to the root of my problem, so I ordered a CBCT scan + consult through him. Surprisingly, I discovered that my oropharynx airway actually appeared pretty large, but my tongue and turbinates were the culprit. He gave me a ton of knowledge and left me with advice on how to open up the nasal passage and how/why to make further adjustments with my MAD. He is extremely knowledgeable, intelligent, and passionate. If have sleep issues, book an appt ASAP!“

I signed up for Vivos and it has improved my acid reflux issues and my sleep apnea issues - the effects are subtle but in my opinion any improvement in any of those categories is a good lifelong investment.

They also gave me perio gel which completely cured a nagging puffy gums issue I’d had for years. Got 2 caps here and they’re the best teeth in my mouth. Best dentists I’ve ever worked with - I’ve been seeing them for years and have no plans of changing that“

I visited Vista Dental for an initial examination, which is required before a routine teeth cleaning. Despite having the highest level of dental insurance coverage, I encountered significant confusion regarding their billing practices. I was assured that all procedures would be covered by my insurance, yet I received a bill for a pre-orthodontic treatment exam that I did not request or need. This lack of clarity and transparency in their charging practices has been very disappointing. They are also very popular so appointments are scheduled 1 month+ out. I still have not had my teeth cleaning which is all I wanted and probably will not until this billing issue is resolved. I hope Vista Dental improves their communication and billing processes in the future.“
