Eagle Refrigeration had been chosen by the property manager to replace the heater. The heater installers (Franks and David) who work under owner Herman Escajadillo, were extremely thorough and knowledgeable and had quite pleasant demeanors. They were respectful of my property and finished the work in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality. I would recommend them highly if there is any work needed in the HVAC area. “I wish I could give more stars because Chris deserves them! I have a super antique stove from 1910-1920s which got me a quick rejection from 4 other stove repair places I tried calling. One person came out and charged me money just to tell me there’s nothing he could do about it. Needless to say, when I contacted Apple Stoves and Chris answered confidently that he could fix it the next day, I was relieved but still had a little apprehension if it could actually be fixed. We had a gas leak on one of the knobs (confirmed by pge) and one of the pilots would not light back on so we needed this fixed asap since we were living without a stove for a few days and possibly longer if he couldn’t fix it. Chris saved the day, and was super friendly, fixed everything throughly, and even taught me a few things along the way. I can’t recommend Chris enough for anyone with an antique stove.“

“Repair: Asko Dishwasher All State Appliance Repair was able to schedule my appointment within a quick time frame to fix our older model Asko dishwasher. Daniel arrived on time. Because the kitchen floor was installed later then the dishwasher, it was raised higher than the base of the dishwasher. Daniel did an admirable job of extracting the dishwasher unit from the raised flooring and the built in kitchen cabinets. He repaired the drain module and he also installed a new water pump. We are very happy that the old dishwasher was repaired and we did not have to buy a new one. Daniel was clear in his communications and competent.“

“My old counter depth fridge stopped cooling. Fridges can be tricky and they gave me clear options. Option 1 fast but might not hold and option 2 full leak check and repair. I chose the cheaper fast version. Fridge held for 2 weeks then failed. So we then moved to option 2 full repair. But at the first visit they told me they would credit 100% of option 1 to the full repair. This kind of repair pricing is rare these days. So they came back and did a full leak check (there were multiple leaks). I highly recommend them.“

He was probably the owner.In short, he doesn't repair Samsung fridges but he was nice enough to offer a few tech recommendations and also gave me advice in what to do in the meantime before calling a tech. On top of that he even gave me fridge brand recommendations (KitchenAid, GE, Frigidaire) if I did need to replace this fridge.Avoid Samsung fridges since he was 1 out of 3 local technicians that dont touch Samsung. The only authorized tech that Samsung recommended is poorly reviewed.This guy has won me as a future customer and I appreciated how he took his time to explain things to me over the phone and answered my questions.“
