He worked efficiently and effectively as my friend and I hovered and curiously asked a bunch of questions about bees and bee removal. “Amazing service! Cal Coast went above and beyond to give me peace of mind. A few weeks ago, I came home from being out of town and noticed some saw dust/wood debris on my patio. I wasn't sure but suspected it's termites. After going back and forth with my property management/HOA for a few weeks (that's a whole other story that I won't get into) I decided to get an inspection on my own. I contacted Cal Coast and spoke with Randy and explained my situation to him. He was so empathetic and completely willing to provide the free inspection for me even though it most likely wouldn't result in a job due to my HOA. He said he understands and happy to schedule someone to take a look and would provide documentation for me. Day of appointment, Joey came to do the inspection. He's so knowledgeable and professional. Right away, he identified the issue as NOT termites (thank goodness!) but a carpenter bee that had burrowed into a beam to lay eggs that caused the saw dust/chips. He took the time to explain everything to me and briefly looked at all of the other beams and confirmed all of the wood is in good shape and it's nothing to worry about. What a RELIEF!!
