I was referred to License to kill by a good friend, there team provided me with detailed report of areas that show signs of termites and other needed repairs. The team provided me with a very good cost estimate to address the items and warranty to back the treatment. I have not yet had the treatment performed, but we plan to do so this summer! So far I would rate this company with 5 starts!

Miguel at License to kill has been a complete life saver! We had an issue with carpet beetles and he was very thorough and helpful. He explained everything he was doing, how to identify, treat, and prevent in the future. I'm so grateful to have Miguel taking care of our home.
