“This is my second location in San Francisco that I've gone to for laser hair removal, i went to another location in the area but i will say I've seen more results with north bay!! They updated their machines recently (cryogenic) which was provided at my previous location, but the sessions i had prior to the updates were nothing short of amazing !! The staff is amazing so friendly so welcoming! I've visited north bay over 5 times already and the customer service is immaculate! I've only got laser hair removal but they provide more services, if it's anything like the service i been getting ... just know your in great hands! They care about your comfortability over anything else! Highly recommend!! Sky is amazing on front desk, highly recommend V (valentine) for lasers very effective and speedy (if needed for large areas since sessions are only 1 hour) and jasper (effective and progressing with treating wider areas)“

“I'm kind of shocked by the bad reviews. I've been a patient of One Medical for a decade and have received excellent care. They've accommodated me for acute/urgent in-office visits with practitioners that ordered the right tests and prescribed treatments that worked. I received competent care through online virtual visits during the pandemic. I also receive competent care, follow-through and communication of my lab results from my primary care physician. Some of the care I've received has been above average in my opinion. I've lived with chronic illness my whole life so I don't say this lightly. I especially appreciate that I can get a same-day appointment (sometimes within the hour) with a practitioner if I have an urgent problem. This has occurred in-office and as an online virtual appointment. I've found the front office staff pleasant and accommodating. Perhaps satisfaction depends on the particular doctors and practitioners one sees. I've been happy and grateful for mine.“
