The hosp that I worked at required yearly H&Ps for staff requirements. Used one medical for convenience! Staff and MD very friendly. I found the Physical very cursory, didn't remove shirt or any clothing for a 5-6 min exam. As a physician, to me this is sub optimal care at a high price!
Please note the following:1. A lot of the other reviews are actually complaining about the app and membership - which the physical site locations have nothing to do with and have no control over. The General Administration team are the ones you talk to whenever you call into the One Medical number (it doesn’t matter which site you called - the number will always redirect to this line). Care and service has just gone down hill over the last couple years. It's incredibly challenging to get an appointment with a doctor. I made one for the Strawberry Village location that clearly stated I needed flu vaccine and updated c19 booster, they didn't even have the c19 booster at all and said I needed to wait an additional 25min to get the flu vaccine and this was after my 30min appointment to check on my longs from long covid, which they couldn't do anything for. I basically waisted my time visiting the office and paying fees they will be charging me. They could have contacted me saying they didn't have the new booster and I could have easily gotten the flu shot at local pharmacy instead.
