Dr. Iaquinta is awesome! I HIGHLY recommend him. He is professional, highly skilled, warm, caring, patient. He answers questions thoroughly and patiently. He explains things clearly in languaging I can easily understand. I'm so pleased with the results! Thank you so much Dr. Iaquinta and Kaiser!
It took a month to get an appointment. My PCP did not refer me when I reported the problem and asked for the referral. Another month went by. Kaiser is notoriously stingy with referring to specialists. I hate that and so do a lot of others I know!
All of the staff were very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and yet were still able to talk, joke and laugh. They made the whole experience strangely fun and pleasurable!
