Josh Rock was outstanding from start to finish in terms of clearly outlining the process, work to be completed, costs, and project updates. When any issue or question arose, Josh was on it immediately and was super-responsive. The crew on-site (led by Luis and Jesus) was exceptional. They worked 7 days a week and typically started at 6:30 AM. They were very focused on the details and did a good job cleaning up at the end of each day. They take a lot of pride in their craftsmanship, and it shows. I've worked with many contractors over time, and these guys are top notch. Great job!“

“They rebuilt my balcony which is the roof for part of my downstairs. 2 months before my warranty was about to expire it started to leak. (5 year warranty) I contacted them and they came out and fixed the leak at no cost to me and no hassle. You might think the roof should of lasted longer but flat balconies are known for getting leaks. Just a great company.“

“well we have been doing business with this company for the last 20 years. Carl Smith was the one I worked with and we even had a "maintenance " contract that we renewed every year and that took care of all the roof checks and repairs if needed. At that time I would give 5 stars. But unfortunately Carl, either passed away or retired and his son Mike took over. In winter of 2021, Mike did do the maintenance repair which had to be redone because of errors one of his guys made. But this year when I attempted to contact them for the yearly roof check, I have not been able to contact them and it looks like they have gone out of busines. The business license is no longer active.“
