“We've worked with Jason for several projects, and he's always been patient, knowledgeable, professional, and easy-going with regards to which parts of the project we wanted to own, which parts we weren't sure of, etc. His team has always been top notch for us.He gave us white glove service on a new deck with custom railing and a garage tear-down and rebuild, including a new chunk of driveway and an artsy fence; and when we wanted to save a little money by managing a renovation project on our own, he helped us with that as well (drywalled and insulated the kitchen, rebuilt the front porch, replaced the back door, trimmed the eaves, and advised on a lot of odds and ends). Absolutely looking forward to working with him again for the next major project[s] as we figure them out.“

“I recently needed my 20 yr. old light maple kitchen cabinets and the bathroom cabinets in two baths sanded and re-stained (not painted), along with painting my entire kitchen. Chris came out and gave the best estimate. The job was finished by Maximo and his crew within the timeframe expected. Care was taken to fully cover the floors and protect the house from sanding dust. They arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were able to match the exact paint colors I wanted in the kitchen and even did some extra trim work I requested mid-job for a minimal additional fee. Every cabinet looks like they did when new---actually better. Before closing the job, they waited a few weeks to make sure all was done correctly. I did see a few places that needed touching up and a quick email to Chris was all that was needed to schedule a time for Maximo to return to do the touch up. Excellent job---I'll definitely use them again.“

“Thank God for Montgomery Sansome . After 2 companies told me I had to rip all the sheetrock in my home , Len said B.S . He was definitely the most knowledgeable person to visit our home .He explained the dew point to us which meant none of the sheetrock had to be removed at all .We laundered our clothes and other fabrics while Montgomery Sansome performed the abatement .
