Renewal Claims Solutions went above and beyond in what I expected them to do for me. They came in and spent significant time answering all my questions on what smoke damaged items can be cleaned and how they will be cleaned. I was very thankful for their prompt communication, attention to detail, and quickness in getting the job done. After talking to my neighbors who have had other cleaning services work on their smoke damaged items, I can confidently say that Renewal Claims Solutions is head and shoulders above the rest.

Renewal was referred to us by Farmers Insurance after a fire in our house. They were very prompt in arriving for the first appointment and patiently explaining the process. The day of pickup they were swift and professional and extremely courteous. The rush order was sent back on time and clothes were impeccably cleaned and shoes were cleaned and individually wrapped. It was such a relief during the difficult time. The remaining items all came back after a few weeks to clean upholstery and again the delivery folks were polite and efficient. Highly recommended !

After my apartment caught fire, Renewal did a fantastic job of deep cleaning everything covered in ash and moving everything to my new unit. They were exceptionally thorough with cleaning our electronic appliances our couches. Even when we lost water in the apartment for several hours, they made an effort to clean as much as possible from the apartment, only missing a few dishes, which they provided a simple guide for proper cleaning of once the job was finished
