“I highly recommend Teo Potts, LAc. I began working with him less than 6 months into Covid after my excellent, longtime MD-acupuncturist retired and sold him his practice. I interviewed Teo by phone along with others, which was enough to recognize his special qualities of empathy, deep listening, and curiosity for learning with me how best to approach a recent diagnosis I’d received from my Western doctor with Chinese medicine. He’s helped me make a healing addition to my daily diet, added very helpful herbs to my supplements regimen, and deepen my self-care in physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual ways. In the four years since we started working together, I have not once doubted my choice.

A few months after making this shift for myself, I started bringing my then 93-yo aunt (for whom I was caring during the pandemic) every other week. This review is long overdue. I saw Ivy back in 2022 over four months and she was an integral part of my healing. I initially went in to treat my chronic pain in my lower back and an acute knee injury, but I came out of the treatments renewed not only just physically, but also spiritually. Ivy’s holistic approach to healing taught me a wealth of knowledge. It allowed me to see health in a new perspective that my body isn’t just the muscles or ligaments of the pain source, but there’s an underlying energy source that needs to be addressed to. I've really felt the difference in my daily life especially during a difficult time of processing grief.
