“Wednesday 12/11/24, I brought my 2013 Kia Optima into Park's Transmission because my brakes were making a horrible grinding sound. I walked in and was immediately greeted and escorted to Eddie's office. He informed me that they would assess my car and give me a call back regarding the price. I went home and was promptly called back and informed of what needed to be done (new rodars and brakes pads). We agreed on a price of $945, and just about 2 hours later, the job was completed! He called and offered to have someone pick me up from my house since it was a 30-minute walk. Upon arrival, he showed me my original rodars and even gave me advice on how to make my oil change visits less frequent in the future. I have been driving my car around now for a few days and have no issues! I appreciate the professional and efficient business and will certainly be returning for any future mechanical necessities! “This is why my husband doesn't let me drive his car ‍ because I accidentally hit a curb and scratched his rim so either i replaced it or fix it which is why I hired Alex. His work is impeccable.
