The first thing I noticed was their culture – friendly and respectful. Everybody was cheerful and helpful. There were smiles from the front door to staff who were sitting and walking. It seems that management instill this culture during their weekly sales meetings. I have a lot of experience dealing with auto dealerships and this outfit was impressive. • Oliver Nunez was patient and helpful even as we waited for production delays. • Kia Khaksar is an interesting fella – bright and respectful. Bought my car here and also just used their service isle for a minor car issue and service. DANIEL helped me he was great. It was also a big comfort to know there are options of payment. Over all easy Quick and happy with the service.
