Another plumbing company that our HOA uses told us the bathtub problem could not be fixed without ripping out a kitchen cabinet that would ruin the kitchen cabinetry. The plumbing company told us we needed a complete bathroom remodel: rip out tub, tile, shower doors, everything for a cost of thousands of dollars.

“Jason and his team did a great job! My only regret is I didn't call them first. We ran out of water, tanks dry. Another local well pump company came out quickly and diagnosed that the well pump was needed to be replaced. They ordered a new pump, but didn't get me a quote for the work to be done for 9 hours, delaying getting the pump ordered. That should have a warning sign. A full 6 days later they had the pump and came out to install it. Right away they had issues and couldn't pull the pump. After much stress, I was out of town on an emergency assignment, I did what I should have done in the first place and call Superior Pump. Jason came out the next morning, pulled the pump, called me with a cost and completed the job that day. Wow! Thank you Jason, I really appreciate it!“

We have a small office on HWY 9 and right from the start I felt like our project was treated like we were a serious commercial project. “Rob came to repair our 20+ year old Kenmore Elite washing machine yesterday (10/20/2025). It was shot. Parts and labor were more than buying a new machine. He is a straight shooter. He told us what was wrong, why it was not worth fixing and recommended getting a Whirlpool or one of the brands that are built by Whirlpool for another label as they last the longest, outside of buying a commercial machine at 4x the price. It was hard work in 93 degree weather but he finished the work in a couple hours, made suggestions to straighten the dip in the line and install another clean out should we again need his services.
