“Today Bill's Tree Care came and removed a City tree that was deemed diseased by city arborist.Bill was a pleasure to work with and his professional services where priced very well. Other companies were going to charge $540 to remove river rock from the base of the tree which measured 4' x 4'. My husband and I are 70 and 60 respectively, and without asking how.much to have his crew remove he said we'll take care of that, no additional charge. So appreciated. “This is an addendum to my previous review. The night after the trees were trimmed, one of the trees that had lights in it did not light up. Also, several of the lights had been dislodged and were hanging down from the branches. I notified Mike, and he was sympathetic and responsive. The day after I notified him, he sent a handyman to fix the lights and reposition them in the tree. In this time when companies sometimes “hit and run”, Mike was there for me. Accidents happen. He was responsible and fixed the problem promptly. This is the kind of company you want to deal with.“
