Excellent job. Charles Turner is professional, knowledgeable, receptive, and reliable. He communicates well and strives to provide the best crew and skills in completing the work. His workers, especially Mauricio, are hardworking and thorough in doing the work, including the necessary cleanup. I can sincerely recommend this company for any tree service needed given the professional and quality work provided.

We were beyond impressed with the team that came to our home in Los Gatos. We had used this company before in 2017 and vaguely remember our experience. We contacted them and made an appointment and Charles met with us the very next day. He was very knowledgeable about the trees and wanted to keep the natural integrity and shape of the trees and shrubs that we needed thinning out and trimmed. We received an estimate that same afternoon and accepted the amount which was very reasonable. We scheduled the work for the same week and they did a fabulous job. Natural Arbor Care is an amazing company. They came and installed two large Swan Hill Olive Trees on the rooftop of our condo in downtown San Francisco. Not only did they coordinate the manpower, they provided the earthing and love to get the job done. They came in under the bid and were so easy to deal with. Andrea in their office was a gem. She was so great with the coordination of timing and transactions. I would recommend them to anyone.
