I do not understand all the negative reviews of Perfect Design on here. It's well known that in life, you can only pick 2 of these 3: time, quality, and price. You can have your project done quickly and cheaply, but the quality will be low. Or you can have it done high-quality and cheaply, but it will take a long time. Or you can have it done quickly and high-quality, but you will have to pay a lot. Have been not happy with this business. An architect recommended them to me, and it took forever for them to finish the work. This has been not only my experience, but also same situation for several other clients. Also, their design has been returned by the city for a couple of times and it took a very long time for them to make the changes. They are somewhat more affordable than some other companies, I would assume, however you may want to make a choice between price and time/quality.

I have been using Perfect Design now for two years. Selena always gets my job done quickly and I have never had a problem in plan check. You may feel that they are not super friendly but I think it is because they are so busy. I have always found them courteous and professional.
