Arlen was reassuring and helped us through the demo process and dealing with the insurance claim. His workers were so organized and worked very cleanly, if that is even possible during major demolition of ceilings and flooring. “I had a gentleman come out on Saturday to my home to look at my dryer ducts and give me an estimate. His name was Eric and he was so very informative and kind and went above and beyond his job and very personable. I was very impressed by him. I've used Coit in the past when i had carpets and they were amazing so that is why i called them again. I also want to give the girl who answered to begin with a shout out. she was also kind and I called on a Friday and she said they were booked but then said, "wait let me see what i can do, then came back on the line and said," I can squeeze you in for a Saturday appointment". So, this entire experience was 5 stars hands down!!! Go Coit! Reviews are so important these days and it really helps when you are looking for quality service and knowledge with a company.“

I was not informed about the need to empty a basket underneath the drainage cover on a weekly basis. Christian was also able to give me advice about high pressure build up in a water tank.
