“We've been customers since August of '23 and have been very happy. We have a very reactive maltipoo puppy (now dog) and they've been super supportive by letting us know what we can do to help make the grooming process more successful. We did a lot of training to get our dog used to getting her feet held, brush her all the time to reduce matting, and try try (try) to get her used to strangers. Because of all the effort, she's happy to see them now and her cuts are great! Regarding logistics, we have a recurring booking date and we get text reminders for our appointments. When the grooming is completed, you get a text message and call to let you know you can pick up. You can pay online or in person. Their location in downtown San Leandro has given us the opportunity to explore all the great lunch options nearby and we recently learned about Estudillo Produce & Deli, so now we can even get in a little grocery shopping.“

“Vivian is absolutely wonderful! After a bad experience with another groomer, I was worried to bring my dog in. Vivian greeted us with a smile and there was no doubt in my mind that my fur baby was in good hands. With the past groomer, I was dog shamed for having a hyper, nervous puppy and since I am new to small dogs, I was worried all groomers might be like this? Wow, was I wrong! “This was my first time using a mobile groomer and I cannot believe I hadn't used one sooner. His last groomer asked that I didn't bring him back as he was a bad boy while he was getting his nails done. I did inform Paul the owner of the company of this when on the phone and he reassured me that it wouldn't be a problem. Paul the owner of the company came out to groom my boy Leopold and I must say I was quite nervous as Leopold doesn't normally warm up to people, men in particular. When I opened the door, you would have thought they had known each other for years. His tail was wagging and Paul knelt down for a bathing of kisses. Paul took the time to go over all my concerns and he took Leo off for his grooming. When they returned Leo's tail was still wagging and he looked great. His coat has never felt so soft and he smelt great. Paul told me he was a joy to groom and he would be more than happy to come back to groom him anytime. I highly recommend On The Spot Pet Grooming and I could tell Paul really enjoys and knowledgeable about dogs. I did also like that he quoted me a price on the phone and there were no hidden add-ons once he came and took care of Leo. I know Leo has found his lifetime groomer.“

“Frank is the best, he is on time, reliable, trustworthy and very professional. The best thing is that I know he loves and cares for our puppers *almost* as much as we do!
