“Great service, ability to set appointments online is it plus. Wait time was a bit long. This is an update to my prior review. I went yesterday for my covid-19 test. Although I had an appointment, it took almost an hour of waiting in the car line. There were four cars in front of me so I can understand some of that delay but some of that delay could have been avoided. I also felt they didn't inform me initially that my insurance would not pay for the test if I wanted to test due to travel. Someone came out later to take my payment but then when I told them that I thought I might have been exposed the prior weekend then they were able to charge my insurance. When I went a month ago, they handled us professionally and as quickly as possible to get our covid-19 test done. due to the recent change requiring appointments we didn't know and just showed up yet they took us in because the line was shorter than usual. We appreciated that consideration“

“Dr. Sadeghi saved my life. After 9 years of wrongful western medicine, I was finally treated with methods that actually made me feel better. Couldn’t recommend more. The only LEGIT Dr. I’ve ever known to actually help me.. and I saw many “prominent” rheumatologists for mixed connective tissue disease ( Lupus, RA + Hashimoto’s disease *caused by Lyme disease). Any doctor that accepts insurance is not going to actually help anyone with an autoimmune disease. Western medicine is not the answer people! If you want REAL healthcare, you’re gunna have to pay out of pocket but trust me, it’s worth every penny. I’ll always be grateful to this doctor and all the lovely people that work at the Be Hive ♥️♥️♥️

“My experience at Lakeside was amazing. I went to the dermatology dept. and saw Nurse Jessica about a suspicious mole. She made the process fun and friendly and I almost forgot why I was there. She removed the mole in less than a minute with no pain. There was barely any wait time at all. I was out of the office in less than 30 minutes. I think the receptionist could have been more friendly and I could have taken a star off for her, but Jessica is a blessing and deserves 5 stars no matter what!“

“I can't recommend Erin Esgate enough. She does a wonderful job of making me feel in control of my own health by providing thorough explanations and presenting me with options where applicable. She always makes me feel comfortable and is patient in answering my questions. She's able to communicate medical concepts in a way that is easy for me to understand.

Erin is also incredibly knowledgeable. She recently had to refer me to specialists for some symptoms I was having and did so with a suggestion for what the specialists should test for. I've since learned that the condition she suggested is one that can take multiple years for people to get diagnosed because so few medical practitioners are very familiar with it and the symptoms can be confusing. Thanks to Erin, I was able to flag this for the specialists and get my diagnosis much more quickly than may have otherwise been possible.

The rest of the office is great too. The nurses/staff are always friendly and helpful. I've also had positive experiences with Dr. Jonathan Rosaasen and Taelor Young in the past.“

“I am a patient of Dr Young’s and I can say- this man knows his stuff! I was seen at another facility and was brushed off, turns out I had an infected pressure sore on my heel as a result of bedrest after a surgery. His nurse Karol-Ann is an absolute gem. My wound started 12/2, they had me seen and walking at almost full capacity in 10 days! High praise for this man and his nurses.“

“Teddy the wonder dog saved the day. He literally eliminated all the anxiety that came with getting a 1st cavity filled. Dr. Matt, Jimmy, and Aimee were all so patient.. I never had seen a therapy dog in a dentist office. He was a game changer. Will always ask for Teddy from now on. Teddy needs a 401k and a company car“

“I'm male, and in my 60s. My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Yaftali for 22 years, since we moved to the Conejo Valley. We couldn't ask for a better family physician.

Contrary to some Yelp reviewers, I have never once found the front office staff to be anything less than totally professional, and never condescending.

Over the 22 years, we had one (1) minor billing issue, and it was resolved instantly.

Dr. Yaftali has a colleague, Dr. Simard, who is also great. They back each other up when one or the other is out, so appointments can be made without waiting too long. We contacted them this morning, and got an appointment this afternoon, for instance.

Dr. Yaftali is happy to make referrals to specialists, and they have all turned out to be competent and capable as well.“

“I had to make a same-day appointment with a new doctor (my primary wasn't available until next month). I got an appointment with Dr. Sully, who was absolutely wonderful. Usually, I prefer to see women doctors, but Dr. Sully made me feel very comfortable, and I felt my needs were heard and understood. The nurse was great too, and everyone at the pharmacy was lovely. However, I overheard one of the lab techs say a rude, immature comment about a lab sample I retrieved for them, which made me feel uncomfortable. She did not know I was behind the nurse and could hear what she said, but I did. Despite that interaction, everything else went just fine, and everyone I directly interacted with was super awesome! 5 stars for Dr. Sully, but -1 for the lab tech comment.“
