Amazing location, always quick and easy getting in out. HOWEVER calling is a complete nightmare. The automated service is cumbersome and trying to reach anyone for a simple question outside of the address or hours is the worst. Id rather drive all the way there than call.

Excellent care!!! Staff always extend themselves to help you and make you feel like family. Frances my nurse always gives excellent care!! Been going to Kaiser since my adult kids were born….and the care from all the doctors, nurses, pharmacy staff, technicians etc have been top quality and never felt unheard or just a number! Thank you Kaiser staff for years and years of excellent health care services.

I have taken my kids to SV for a decade and have never once had a bad experience. Everyone there is so nice and helpful, and I can usually get an appointment pretty quickly.Parking is easy and the lines are never long. I do pre check in now through the app and don’t have to ever wait in line or pay my copays now in person. They make it very easy. My son loved his doctor and got his physical quickly and the doctor knew a lot about him and his preferences and sports activities. Extremely satisfied. Thank you’
