Amazing location, always quick and easy getting in out. HOWEVER calling is a complete nightmare. The automated service is cumbersome and trying to reach anyone for a simple question outside of the address or hours is the worst. Id rather drive all the way there than call.

Excellent care!!! Staff always extend themselves to help you and make you feel like family. Frances my nurse always gives excellent care!! Been going to Kaiser since my adult kids were born….and the care from all the doctors, nurses, pharmacy staff, technicians etc have been top quality and never felt unheard or just a number! Thank you Kaiser staff for years and years of excellent health care services.

Frances is an incredibly kind and patient nurse. She is able to give injections so well that you barely even feel it. Her bedside manner is unmatched and I am always so comfortable when she is interacting with me. I wish every nurse I met was like Frances!
