“The owner of Rug and Remnants, Ed, is an amazing guy with a fantastic selection of flooring and carpets with amazing pricing. We used his company a few years back to have some carpet and floors installed. We had an issue with his contractor, Rodney and his crew, that was sent over to us. They installed the carpets flawlessly but ruined the flooring causing us thousands of dollars in repairs. After several tradesmen said "Who did this to your floor?", we wrote a review of our experience with Rodney. It hadn't mattered how long it had been since the floor had been installed, Ed came over immediately to asses the floors and offered to get them fixed. We highly recommended Rug and Remnants for Ed and his kind, knowledgeable and courteous staff but would not recommend Rodney as a contractor“

Many of their engineered hardwoods are oil finished vs urethane for a natural finish that can easily be renued to its original look with some flooring oil and elbow grease (vs costly refinishing). Most of their products are manufactured in Europe to a much higher quality and standard than products coming from China, North America, etc. Highly recommended, been dealing with Europlex for years. Jerry patiently mixed and demonstrated color combinations until we found one I liked - not an easy task! Then we moved out of our house to give Jerry space to work. We came home a week later to absolutely beautiful floors. Jerry did an amazing job, is easy to work with and has loads of experience so his suggestions are realistic. Jerry even put some finishing touches on the stairs even though that wasn't part of his contracted work.
