One of the best flooring buying experiences I’ve had, which is not common within the lower mainland area. We had to re do our basement flooring to laminate from carpet. We were hesitant at first as we’ve had bad experiences in the past, but due to Diamond Carpet’s quick and professional service, they were able to complete our project on time and within our budget.

From the initial contact with Ahkmal, the owner ... he was completely professional and hands on. In today’s drive thru society a lot of businesses do not recognize the “customer service” piece.
