“From the very start of the process (calling ServiceMaster Vic) to the absolutely perfect completion, the company went well above any expectations I could ever imagine. My suite had been entered by some mice. They removed all evidence and sanitized, then proceeded to help me clear out clutter and removed it as well. Going above and beyond (even cleaning and clearing my deck), cleaning every cupboard, cleaning floors, washing windows and everything around, either large or small. It was a massive day and a half job, all done with the most pleasant and fun staff one could hope for. They settled my nerves completely. On the second day, all carpets thoroughly cleaned (after a full vacuum) and final freshening and sparkling touch ups done.
