Last June our condo was flooded by a leak in the walls of the unit above us, a waterline ran non stop for over 4 hours before the fire department came and shut off the water.We had water two to three inches deep in our entire home, destroying our wood floors, carpets, etc. The water came in thru our closets and ruined almost all our clothing and shoes, and everything else that was at floor level.Service Master came thru for us and saved the day. I can't say enough about these people. Kelly and his crew are miracle workers. I had to dispose of an old motorhome that a family member had been living in. I was given the contact info of ServiceMaster by a 3rd party. After contacting them, I arranged for a meeting and everything was taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. I was even given updates at things progressed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
