“We hired Kerr last year to do a major redesign, gut, and rebuild of our upper floor - entire bathroom reno, going from two bedrooms to three, and a new window carved out of the wall. In other words, a big project.

“We worked with Cheema and Ranjit to have the house built. Their price was reasonable. They have the 2-5-10 warranty on all new homes they built. I do suggest upgrading on certain materials. Once the construction starts, it finishes according to schedule. 10 percent upon signing contract and payment is based on percentage of completion. At the end there is a 10% hold which is die a month after. Communication was good. I do recommend using them. Like all new construction, there are always some patch up work after the project is completed. They did come back to fix those up afterward.“
