We contacted Budget Homes Ltd. after requesting quotes from other contractors to renovate and meet local building department codes for our secondary suit. They offered us the best price! Raj's licensed crew were expert in plumbing, sound proof ceiling/firewall and electrical work and in achieving final legalization from the city! He would regularly update us on the job and would be available to answer any questions we had. Further, the before and after appearance of the suit is Amazing! I would absolutely contact Budget Homes Ltd. for future projects and I would recommend them to anybody doing renovations and want the best value to ensure their suites are up to codes....read full review

Raj and his team were great. Raj went over and above to help renovate my mom’s 50 year old home in a timely manner. Through the process Raj was so courteous and respectful with my Mom making her feel heard and part of the process.Thank you
