I had Poly-B water supply piping throughout my home and I wanted to deal with it on my terms before it became a problem. I contacted about eight different companies for a quote, including Rick at Tri-City Plumbing. Rick came out within a day or so and got me a detailed quote a couple of days after that. In fact, Rick was one of only three companies that actually got back to me and quoted the job. I took time to get all my quotes together and by the time I decided on Tri-City, Rick's quote had "expired". He said there would be no problem, he would honor the price and we booked a time to begin the work. The technician arrived right on time and early enough for me to review things before I left for work. These guys are plumbers, they don't cut drywall and they certainly don't patch it. I had done some extensive exploration on my own ahead of time and had things opened up enough for him to do his job. The entire project took three days to complete and at the end of each day any mess was cleaned up and I had running water. As a tradesman myself I not only notice but also appreciate quality work. No disappointments here. Pipes are run straight and parallel and are secured neatly. This was no small job and it certainly wasn't cheap, but it was a price I fully expected to pay. There were no surprises and I paid what I was quoted. A job well done.

Not only did Lina give me the most beautiful hair cut but she really asked about what I wanted and she knows a lot about hair and what suits people. She’s truly a master at her craft and it shows.I tend to be very anxious and introverted at times but Lina is the most comforting, funny, and reassuring person I have met. She really does her best to make sure you get exactly what you want. I can’t see anyone walking out of there not getting what they came in for- even better if you don’t know what you want because she will help figure it out with you! If you’re worried about the little things like pain during hair brushing/styling, you do not have to worry about that with her. I have such a tender and sensitive head and she did such a great job. What a wonderful massage! My therapist, Asma is studying to be an RMT and she sure knows what she's doing. I enjoyed their Flo massage and came away utterly relaxed. Asma adjusted the pressure as requested and put some extra energy into a sore lower back issue I was having. I will definitely be back the next time I am in the area.

Family owned business since the 1970s. We purchased a furnace from them in the 1990s, and went back to them to replace it with a modern efficient model, together with a heat pump. Derrick visited to assess our home, sent the estimate the next day. Once we gave him the go-ahead, the work was executed the following week by a team led by Brandon, and completed in two days. Any questions texted to Derrick were responded to within a couple of hours. Any queries to Brandon were dealt with straight away. After final payment, Derrick was prompt with all the paperwork necessary to claim the energy company's rebate. Would I use them again? Why go anywhere else when the service Sheehan provided before, during and after completion of the project was so efficient, courteous and timely?
The tech at Sommerville was very quick and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and had my AC running in 90 minutes. What a savior, I can sleep again. It was 28 degrees in my bedroom. Now running at 19 degrees.

I had a leaky water pipe in the basement suite and Adam came out to repair the pipe completed a home inspection and he found 3 more leaks which he fixed at the same time. We recently ordered custom closet fittings from Clever Quarters. We had moved into a new house and the closets all had wire racks in them. We wanted to make better use of the space available to us as we had downsized - a lot! We worked with Jen on the design and asked for some unusual configurations.
Upon installation there were one or two hiccups, but they were quickly and completely rectified to our complete satisfaction. We are delighted with the usable storage space that has been created in our home. We would thoroughly recommend Clever Quarters!

We have used Absolutely Floored for two projects in the last year. One was a commercial project which included carpet tiles in a large office, carpeting down the stairs and vinyl flooring in a large service area. Along with doing a very impressive job they also moved around heavy office desks and filing cabinets from one side to the other and then back to their original locations when done. Since we were so impressed with this project it was an easy decision to use them on our residential project a few months later. These guys do good work, on time, quick and convenient, with attention to detail, we had a couple of rainy days in between the start and finish of my roofing project and they made sure everything was sealed properly and cleaned up at end of each work day. It was quite a big job as they had to remove the old cedar shakes and install plywood with new shingles, it’s amazing how much they got done each day!!They also made sure the roof was vented properly and even moved all the bathroom fan vents from the soffits to the top of the roof and updated it up to current building code(free of charge). The price was not the cheapest or the most expensive either, I got four different estimates before committing and their price was exactly midrange, but you get what you pay for and I’m glad I didn’t cheap out! My new roof looks amazing and all the neighbours are complementing on it, now I’m just hoping that them hand nailing the shingles will make a difference and the roof lasts at least 30+years!?Anyway, I’m really happy with it and the crew was great to deal with, I highly recommend them!!! We recieved amazing service from Alex. He responds immediately to our calls, and schedules visits within a week usually. His care and treatment of our problem (pavement ants in our home) was predictable based on his experience, effective and very cost effective. I called other pest companies and they quoted me 3x more for only 3 months warranty. Other major pest companies also required payment upfront! Don't bother seek them. Alex is a genuinely kind person who is very knowledgeable in his craft and we could not have been more happy with his service.

I have been having issues with mice for over a year now. I had a Craigslist guy come in and put down some commercial grade poison in the beginning. I asked him about sealing up any holes in the exterior, and he said "it's impossible to mouse proof a house." The mice died and then came back multiple times over the last year, and we could no longer reach the exterminator who had guaranteed results. Had Protech over for the first time earlier today and I was very impressed. Bo was very kind and knowledgeable, and after he set some bait and traps, he found/covered the hole in the exterior where he figured out the mice were gaining access. It's only been a few hours, so I will have to update with results, but I am very satisfied so far. His price also came in as quoted over the phone which was less than the Craigslist guy from a year ago.

This is the second time I hired StumpMaster to prune the trees and trim the cedars. Two of the trees, the Japanese Maples, are very big trees and are located on the top tier of the retaining walls and the cedars are on different levels of the the retaining walls. I was very happy that Dan Cacic and his team took the challenge and did a wonderful job.
Dan was upfront and communicated well with what he would do with the trees to promote their health and look. He came across as very professional and knowledgeable and the team was personable and courteous. I am very happy with the work they did both times. I would highly recommend them.

This morning i woke up to find my cat stuck in a tree. Worried and not able to climb, i called ABC TreeMen to come rescue my cat. Matthew the guy i talked to on the phone was very easy to talk with, as well as very caring as he also has 5 cats. He sent thomas over within an hour of speaking, thomas was very friendly and assured me he would do his best to try to rescue my cat. After about 45 minutes of chasing my cat up the tree, he got to the very top and couldnt climb any further. Instead of giving up thomas decided to keep trying, he eventually cut the tip of the tree off and swung my cat to a lower position so she could fall safely. My cat is back inside, very shaken up, but shes home. Thank you guys very much for rescuing my cat, i cant thank you enough!

Fred from Valley Driving School was amazing. Two days before my Class 7 road test, I had no car and no help, and no other driving school could send someone. Fred stepped in and took time, even on his day off, to make sure I was ready. His help and support were great, and because of him, I passed my test. Fred's dedication and kindness make him a fantastic instructor. I would definitely recommend this driving school to anyone.

Instructor is true to his words. Not very expensive like other driving schools. Instructor is straightforward which some find difficult but that's what makes it easy to pass during exam.
