Very good service. Personable young plumber arrived on time (on the afternoon of New Years eve!) and unclogged our p-trap under kitchen sink. We were ever so happy to be able to use our kitchen again after only one day of having to not use our kitchen water source -- so dependent on kitchen water for everything in our condominium! We had Mike install our washer/dryer in an incredibly small space in our apartment. We appreciate so much that he did not give up, and really did everything he could to get the job done. Quick friendly service with a ton of experience. Sent out a request for quote and quickly got a response and follow-up from Creative. Replaced an electric hot water heater at my apartment that was in very poor shape. They had the ratty old heater out and the new one in within an hour and a half without making a big mess.
