Catalin is the best at what he does. Usually goes above and beyond what I ask for because he treats me more than a client, but as a friend. If you want excellent and honest work, Catalin is the plumber for the job. For example, I have had experiences with others that made the situation worse, but still charged me $$$ and left the site.
