“We recently had to bring our dear old cat Cherry into the clinic with serious age-related problems. He was almost 20 years old. This was very hard on us as Cherry has been a cherished member of the family and the best pet ever. We feared the worst but hoped for the best. Sadly it was not to be. His kidneys were failing and there was little more that could be done. We had no choice but to make make the tough decision.
The good news is that Lauren walked us all through it with kindness and compassion and an affection for Cherry that touched us all deeply. The end went as well as could possibly be expected thanks to her and the rest of the staff. Our heartfelt thanks for being there through that difficult time. We unconditionally recommend Lynn Valley Animal Hospital and Dr. Lauren Stone-Mockler to all concerned.

“I came here for the first time for a cremation after my pacman frog, Murphy, passed. I was embarrassed to be so heartbroken over the death of a frog, but everyone went so far out of their way to support and sympathize with me that I was instantly comfortable. They were so sensitive and kind during the procedure, and allowed me to have him cremated with his favourite log. They listened to my stories about him and treated both me and him with more respect than I'd ever expect for the loss of an amphibian. They even allowed me to upgrade the type of container I'd receive for his cremains. I cannot recommend this clinic enough for their skill at navigating emotionally fraught situations, and I had the distinct impression that these values extend to all of their care. I would go back to see them in an instant.“

“Thankful for the quick and timely attention. My dog couldn't walk properly, apparently due to a blow to the spine and they quickly took her for X-rays to rule out damage. They also performed blood tests with which we were able to detect an infection and internal inflammation and treat it. Since it is an emergency hospital, the costs are not cheap but the attention was definitely excellent, very kind and loving, thank you!“
