they used to be very good but I found now that the doctor is using some outdated vaccine practices and also he is not a great listener when assessing pets. He doesn't take into consideration what you are telling him and just makes his own decisions, even though you know your own pets best. My cat developed injection site lumps after he gave her 2 vaccines and I took her back for assessment and he didn't even know what the lumps were or what could have caused them, I found out through my own research. unfortunate.

Dr. Bassi is absolutely amazing. My puppy unfortunately ate something lethal and we called our vet immediately, he was actually off work and on his way home but he drove his way back to the clinic to help our puppy when he heard what had happened. I truly appreciate him doing that for us and saved our puppy that day. The lady working that day was extremely welcoming and amazing customer service. I felt comfortable and happy seeing my puppy in her care. 10/10 recommend this place and will definitely forever be the vet for our puppy!

We brought our dog , who is suffering from stomach and eating issues. All staff and that were very kind and patient and explains everything very clearly to us and we’re very caring.. we would definitely bring back our dog and all of our other for babies here whenever they need to be looked after.
