“Last week, the EPC light on my car suddenly lit up while I was driving, so I went to the nearest Evergreen Auto. Although John was very busy, he politely attended to me, even though I didn't have an appointment, and scheduled an inspection for the following week. When I went back the next week, the light was no longer on, but John still patiently checked for various possible issues and explained the principles to me. When I asked about the cost, he said there was no charge since there was no problem. I am grateful for John's thorough inspection, which gave me peace of mind. “I don't agree with the previous reviewer who said negative things. I have never had a bad experience with Norwescan.

In fact, Victoria and the whole Norwescan team are the absolute best! I wouldn't trust my car with anybody other than Victoria and her team. Their service is impeccable, always honest and they are car geniuses. Among many other things, they've made my 92 SL500 run perfectly, they've made my ML purr. They are a total life saver and have breathed new life into my older Mercedes. Do yourself a favour and go with Norwescan!
