“Last week, the EPC light on my car suddenly lit up while I was driving, so I went to the nearest Evergreen Auto. Although John was very busy, he politely attended to me, even though I didn't have an appointment, and scheduled an inspection for the following week. When I went back the next week, the light was no longer on, but John still patiently checked for various possible issues and explained the principles to me. When I asked about the cost, he said there was no charge since there was no problem. I am grateful for John's thorough inspection, which gave me peace of mind. I even saw a crow come in to chat, which turned out to be an old friend of John's. Overall, John is a very kind and professional auto mechanic. Although I have sold my car and am leaving Vancouver soon, and may not visit the auto shop recently, I highly recommend friends in Vancouver in need of auto repair or tire services to go to this shop and see John.“
