I had to bring my car into Budget recently to get my brake pads and rotors replaced and Bob was so helpful! They were able to get my car in day of and made the whole process so smooth. I will definitely be bringing my car back here in the future!

This weekend, my daughter had issues with her brakes (totally caused by her lack of knowledge and understanding of the need for maintenance) and she went to another shop where she was scared and somewhat bullied into servicing there. We thought about Bob's shop, (he does work on my company's fleet) and changed our plans to bring it there. He was clear about the time and cost involved (cheaper than the other shop) and finished it on time, and at the price quoted. He then spent the time to explain everything to her and to help her understand her car and her responsibilities. Completely above and beyond what was paid for or expected. We purchased a new 2017 Infiniti QX60 at Morrey Nissan, Burnaby in August 2017 and I have had all my servicing done there. In the past few years the service, and I believe honesty has declined.A few weeks ago I visited Bob at his Budget Brake store because after my oil change at Morrey Nissan I became suspicious. I had asked that they check the tires and brakes etc as we were thinking of selling the car. They came back with needing new tires and brakes with pricing for each included. It was easy to see the tires needed replacing but the brakes....?Hence, I visited Bob at Budget Brake in North Burnaby to take a look.
