I used to go to other places, but today I went there for the first time, and the owner was very reasonable and attentive! When I heard there was a problem with the tires, they immediately brought the car up to check it. Perhaps because I visited during a less busy time on a weekday, they completed everything, including engine oil and filter replacement, within a few hours on the same day, and also checked the overall condition of the car. Smile Auto seems to be the best workshop to contact in case of any issues near lougheed. I've been going there since before the outbreak of COVID, and whenever there's a problem with my car, big or small, he is always willing to help. What's more, I appreciate that he doesn’t seem to be trying to overcharge customers. Thanks to the honest and straightforward approach of the owner, I feel comfortable leaving my car in their hands. It's a place where I can trust that my vehicle will be taken care of.

I cleaned the inside of the tire as advised by the owner, and there was no noise!^^Another maintenance company that I had previously recommended said that I needed to replace the brake pads, but the owner said that the brake pads were still usable and I was grateful that he did various inspections!
