Lonsdale Ave, North Vancouver“I just returned from a beautiful and transformative yoga & meditation weekend retreat led by Lori, and I can't express enough how grateful I am for this experience! Lori is an exceptionally wise and experienced yoga teacher and yoga therapist, who truly embodies compassion and intuition. Her gentle guidance created a safe space for vulnerability and self-discovery for us this weekend, and for that I feel so fortunate! Lori helped me reset and reconnect with myself in such a meaningful way; I left feeling more grounded and aligned with my true self. I will forever treasure these memories and lessons. Thank you so much Lori!“

101-3570 Hastings St E Rear alley entrance between Skeena and, Kootenay St, Vancouver“If you're looking for an authentic, traditional martial arts experience in the greater Vancouver area, you'll do no finer than Sadohana.
Family owned and operated, the head instructors hold a passion for the art you will be hard pressed to find an equal to in any discipline.
The depth of knowledge in Japanese Jujutsu is superb with the head instructor Hanshi Michael Seamark making annual trips to Japan to continue to deepen his own understanding of the art, both a master and a lifelong student.
If you're looking for exercise or a more modern look at martial arts, Sadohana also offers a very comprehensive BJJ program. Here you will learn the root fundamentals from the same system used by world champions, Saulo and Xande Ribeiro as well as Rodrigo Pagani. The pedigree is impressive to be sure.
All in all, if you are a curious beginner or an intermediate practitioner, you will find something for you at Sadohana“

267 Esplanade W #307, North Vancouver“After many sports related injuries, broken bones and joint replacements, LJ and her team have changed my life. Connect Therapy and her Thoracic ring approach have increased my range of motion and functional movement significantly. Golf, skiing and Mountain biking are better than ever for me after several years of decline. I have had experience with many different physio therapists but this is quite different. Their unique approach has even taught me to walk properly again. While my body has naturally compensated for various injuries, the challenge has been to learn proper movement and unlearn the bad habits of compensating once the injury has healed. Many of these bad habits have persisted for years but I am now moving the way I did before the injuries and the chronic pain is gone. Thank you LJ and team!“
