“Went here a few years ago as I was previously homeschooled, staff is very friendly and supportive, there's a great atmosphere as well, definitely the place to go for those looking to keep in shape as well those who are self conscious about being unfit.As someone who is skinny and hardly gets out much and cant motivate myself to do much exercise on my own this place was great for improving my strength and fitness and I would encourage others to give it a shot!“
