Raymond so graciously did an on-call consultation with us after hours to look at samples as I work 9-5 and their store hours are 9-5. He provided us with a very very reasonable quote and came to the location the following week to inspect.
The quote was only slightly changed but still agreed and made the deposit.

An emergency happened on my end the day before the installation and Raymond was very kind to reschedule to our needs.

The day of service. The crew came and did their thing. Its a 750sft apartment and got it done in one day. 10:30am-7:30pm. (appreciate the one day installation!)

We were super super happy with the work. I was a little nervous as he mentioned they typically work with developers and contractors but they did such an amazing job, couldn't be more please.

My business was installed by Gold Trim for a place ~11,000sqft, and they did an excellent job, and finishing it on schedule. As for residential, we never had an issue or pushback from Gold Trim that we will have other trades installing them.“
