7352 N Oracle Rd, Tucson“I was putting a 5,500 sq ft roof on a building.....light guage steel trusses, radiant barrier, plywood sheathing, 30# felt covered with Sharkskin, and a standing-seam metal roof. Early on in the project, I developed a severely spazmed muscle surrounding my right hip. I could just barely walk.....let alone climb ladders and carry plywood up and down a 45° roof. 2500 mg of acetaminophen, daily, only allowed me to maintain movement with severe pain, yet. I knew that chiropractic treatment was not the answer. Had never heard of stretch therapy. Then I accidentally happened upon the Stretch Zone ad. After the first introductory free session, I quit the pain meds and was nearly pain free on the job. I could, once again, roll over in the night without waking all the way up to formulate a plan to accomplish the roll over. It was, however, still a fairly dangerous situation on the job. Now.... after a half dozen more stretch sessions.....I'm pretty much using both legs equally. After each session I am in better shape than when I walked in. I'm thankful for more than my fair share of miracles throughout my. life, and very thankful that I didn't use them all up before discovering Stretch Zone. (and I'm getting long-in-the-tooth to boot!)“

The classes on Pilates equipment are small, so we get individualized cues and adjustments for our particular issues. Private Pilates instruction and great massages are also available here. A great place!“

2721 N Tomas Rd, Tucson“I was in 3 of Bonnie's 4-week prenatal yoga group classes before the birth of my daughter and I can 100% say that working with her prepared me for having a phenomenal birth experience. The first part of each class (~10-15 mins) is a group check in where each mama-to-be shares a bit of their experience. Having that time to realize that I was not alone in the feelings, doubts, aches, and questions that often arise in pregnancy was so helpful to my mental health. During the yoga sessions, Bonnie provides many types of poses to meet each participant's needs. Her focus on 360 breathing, and breathing in our sides, helped me to move through contractions at home when labor did begin, and ultimately guided me to, as my midwife said, "breathe down my baby" so that when we arrived at the birth center, I was already ready to push and deliver our little one 45 minutes later. I trust Bonnie with the important caretaking that is necessary in the prenatal months, as well as the support following birth, and I'm so grateful she is doing this work.“

4951 E Grant Rd #111, Tucson“Spacious studio (which by no fault of other hot yoga studios is uncommon.) Bathroom, showers, really everything is always clean. Community is very welcoming and encouraging, and as a recent newcomer, I always felt welcome regardless of skill level or ability. Traditional practice with modifications and alternatives offered. Definitely have found somewhere I'll stay long-term. Check them out for a great workout and judgement free environment!“

4613 E Speedway Blvd, Tucson“If I could give more than five stars, I would!! I love coming to this gym. I mainly go for the Boot Camp class because I'm awful at being disciplined when doing a workout by myself. The class I attend is run by the owner, Matthew, and I have been able to increase my endurance, build muscle and gain confidence. My fellow gym patrons are wonderful. It is like a family. I honestly enjoy coming to the gym! Never thought I'd say that!“

I have had back pain for decades...and always figured it was something I needed to live with. Within those three sessions, Katie was able to identify the muscle group that was giving me problems. She helped me with the right stretches, which has made a HUGE difference. I don't have back pain anymore and will never be able to thank her enough!
She is a kind, empathetic, intelligent young lady. I highly recommend her!!“

While visiting Tucson, I received a Bliss therapy from Bill. It was fabulous! He is highly intuitive and knowledge. My husband also received a Bliss treatment from Bill and he said it was one of the best treatment that he had ever received.I wish we lived closer, but we will both return again on our next visit. I plan to send my local family members in for healing treatments!“

“I have been going to Envision Wellness for 2 months with a pretty complex set of problems and although the progress is slow as expected I am slowly getting better. I went to Envision after over a year of regular western docs and specialists trying everything I just kept getting worse. Dr. Julie Armstrong started Envision Wellness and is extremely well educated. We're working on getting me off of some of my medications and healing my body from the inside out. I have been seeing the lead provider Dr. Julie Armstrong and one of the other providers Dr. Megan Neal and they both have their own set of procedures they like to do and I love them both for different reasons! I am so impressed as well with the support staff: Sherri, Laura, Thayer, and Hunter; they all work together to round out the Envision family and I really feel like I've found a true gem with them. I've recommended several other people to them and my family member will also be going to see Dr. Armstrong in the future. If you feel like regular doctors just aren't helping you get better and you feel like you're at a dead end and feeling hopeless, go try out Envision. You won't be disappointed! They also have several classes you can attend.“
