“Our Dachshund is not very friendly with people he doesn't know, but the staff here are always great with him. They are very patient and know how to handle him, and they never make us feel like we need to put him on meds before they will see him (as other vets have said to us), but the meds just make the problem worse and make him more anxious. They were very helpful and took great care of him when he was in pain, presumably from hurting his back. They even came into the exam room to check us out so we wouldn't have to move him since he was hurting. He is his normal self once again. Thank you to all the Drs. and staff.“

“I have been going here since my daughter interned there through school. Over 20 years. It may be a little more expensive than other clinics but the Drs here are extremely knowledgeable and kind and helpful. They care about you pet/family member.“

“Dr. Koski and the rest of the team did a great job taking care of our dog after a wild animal attack. They kept us updated with what was going on, gave him IV antibiotics, deeply cleaned and closed his wounds, and gave us a detailed plan with home medication to assist with his recovery. I really felt like they were treating him as they would their own beloved pet. Their prices should probably be higher for all that they do, and I can tell that love for animals is what motivates them to do such a wonderful job. We are so thankful for the consistent great care.“

“I brought my cat in to see if she was a candidate for a tumor removal from her neck. I was referred here by my local vet in Sierra Vista. The front desk intake person, Nicole, was really nice and prompt with scheduling me and getting my cat’s records. The vet tech was kind and answered my questions. Dr. Shelley was kind and honest with his diagnosis. I can definitely recommend this practice.“

“We brought our dog Lucy here on a Friday (8/6/21) when she was acting sick and in pain. They got her in quickly, ran diagnostic tests, and called us to explain what they found and what our options were. They were very straightforward in telling us that because she had a pyometra, our safest bet would be to take Lucy to a specialist for surgery. Cimarron didn't have a doctor in office on Friday evening who had experience doing this specific surgery, but referred us to Southern Arizona Veterinary Specialty, where she got the surgery she needed.We are very grateful to Cimarron for being so candid and transparent with us. Because of this, Lucy got the lifesaving surgery she needed and in a timely manner.We'll be returning to Cimarron for all our pets' veterinary needs in the future. Their prices are fair and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely refer our family/friends' pets to Cimarron as well!Thank you for being so awesome :)0/24Started bringing my kitten Freya here recently and all the staff are still as awesome as I remember. They took great care of her when she was sick, took extra time to answer all my questions, and they're so gentle and kind when she gets shots. Happy to make the trek across town to bring my baby girl here. I've seen 3 of the vets so far and I like them all, very knowledgeable and friendly. The techs and front desk staff are also really kind. Some of the prices may be a little high, but I think it's worth it for the level of care we get. Thank you Cimarron! ?“

“I had Dr. Heller come to my house several years ago when I suspected my senior cat had something serious going on. We found out he was hypothyroid and had kidney disease. Dr. Heller was so wonderful in handling my baby especially when he had to get a pretty good blood sample from him. Very convenient to have a mobile vet when you need one.“

I was anxious to say the least… but every person working here was so kind, friendly, and clearly cared so much about taking good care of my pup. Communication was top notch, too! My dog is doing well and seems to be way more comfortable.
