Barbara is amazing. She focuses her work on exactly what I need and her thoughtful instruction has been instrumental in helping me recover from frozen shoulder. I enjoy having access to all the Pilates machines and furniture in the Fulcrum studio space as well as a clean comfortable space. I would recommend Barbara to anyone interested in a good Pilates experience. She is pure magic.

Wonderful, well equipped, bright studio with excellent Classical Pilates Instruction. Barbara is gentle but fierce, embodied in her understanding of the Pilates work, and is a skilled hands on adjustor. Visit Fulcrum!
