I’ll be back to Bodyquest. Masks, good distancing, good ventilation, 5 person max group class. Go here if you’re looking for a professional teacher, not just an instructor. Steph knows her stuff—I have a rare genetic disorder and she knew right away how to work with me. The class was challenging and grounding. OK, weird thing to love about a studio, but Steph’s cueing really stood out. Good blend of saying the straightforward stuff and also giving good imagery. Not too much talking, not too little. The whole vibe was welcoming and profesh.

BodyQuest Pilates is a hidden gem in Tucson! While part of me wants to keep it hidden so they don't run out of spaces in their classes...I also want to share this fantastic studio with others so that they can benefit too! I've been taking classes for over a year now. I've tried both mat and reformer classes, as well as the Sunday yoga class. The entire feeling of the studio is one of relaxed and open acceptance, which is very important to me. My body absolutely loves how much these classes support strength, flexibility, and balance. Steph the owner is a kind and generous woman who really has her heart in her work, and she supports other local business, healers, and artist. You can find a variety of toe socks, and other props for sale as well as some local art. The classes here are fun and challenging and pilates just feels so good. Did I mention that this boutique studio is so cute and clean! All around a really great place to get your body happy! ? Oh, I haven't gotten one here but there is a massage therapist in house too! Highly recommend trying BQP!
