“KINDNESS- is something rarely experienced when placing a flower delivery phone order from over 2,000 miles away. This is the ONLY florist I will ever use in AZ... and I live in FL. Despite being out of the office, I texted her color and flower ideas and 2 HRS LATER my coma-recovering friend had the MOST BEAUTIFUL HUGE 360* BOUQUET in her hands. I trust Blooms completely, not only with their flower selection, but with the thought that goes into each bouquet- it's truly an art. They're FAR better (and LESS EXPENSIVE) than any floral website and MUCH more easily accessible, affordable, with such a gorgeous and LONG-LASTING high end product. I was even more pleasantly surprised to learn that they're also FRIENDLY AND SWEET upon delivery with the recipient's family! Handling difficult life/death family situations with the same delicacy used to raise an orchid... talk about going above and beyond!! I continue to be impressed with their kindness, customer service, and efficiency. My only complaint is that there aren't more companies like this, and that there's no Blooms near me! This is how ALL businesses should be run- with HEART.“

“I called the Town Florist in Mesa, a week before I needed the flower order delivery and spoke with the wonderful Christina! I was in search of a birthday bouquet for my daughter. I live in Michigan, my daughter lives in Mesa, Arizona. I also wanted to support a local florist in the area! While getting a bit of basic background information from me, Christina was so kind, knowledgeable and very 'helpful' in helping me choose what I should order -- sight unseen! I ordered the Fall 'Designers Choice!The bouquet arrived on my daughter's birthday, as planned, and she was sooo excited and happy with the flowers! Her remark, other than, Thanks, Mom... Was that they smelled amazing! Now THAT'S what I was hoping for in aflower order! I was sent a confirmation email of my order, delivery and a picture of the 'Fall Designers Choice' bouquet! It was truly a beautiful bouquet Thank you Christina! You are a talented gem! When I visit Mesa, I will drop in for a quick bouquet for myself!Highly Recommend!“

“Buying flowers for someone out of town is always a bit risky; I went through my local florist in a different state and paid for a “florist choice” type arrangement. I had hoped my local florist, whom I buy from frequently and trust, would have communicated what I wanted with Flowers by Coley (they picked this shop, not me) and my friend would get a lovely bouquet.They did not communicate at all, and the flowers initially delivered were disappointing; they were not arranged well and seemed haphazardly put together, lacking any theme or cohesion. I called about a month later and Flowers by Coley graciously sent another bouquet for free and it was a much better experience; the flowers were stunning. I was able to pick a specific arrangement from their website and what they delivered was exactly what I had asked for.I’d recommend ordering a specific bouquet from the website and talking to them directly when you do and you won’t be disappointed. If issues arise, from my experience they are quick to remedy the situation.“

Bo and his team did the flowers and decor for our October 2023 wedding and we could not be happier.The flowers he designed and provided were creative, colorful, and beautifully fragrant.Our guests came up to us with compliments the whole evening. Bo’s florals were a multi-sensory treat. Some brides choose a signature perfume scent for their big day but thanks to Bo I have the pleasure of having the memory of the whole day infused with the scent of the flowers.We had our reception and ceremony in an industrial/historical space and Bo’s expertise in florals as well as decor took the venue from rough and dusty to a glittering palace. Our venue had some unique challenges and required a bit of polish. The Designs by Zima team were able to work in florals to make the space seem lush and inviting while still highlighting the features that made it unique. The result of their hard work turned our space into a dream!Bo was attentive every step of the way and was flexible with even my most adventurous ideas to craft an evening that we will cherish for a lifetime.
